How to avoid BIOS IS NOT FULLY ACPI on Windows 7 ? (HP Laptop 17 by-0006nf)

Can anyone help me downgrading this old laptop to Windows 7 ? ... installed Tiny10 on it because Windows 10 22H2 is laggy on it ( When i tried to install Windows 7 by ISO (booted on the Tiny10) it have a BSOD saying BIOS is not fully ACPI ) when i tried to boot up from USB key it has a BCD error ... please help me with this issue.
