How to automatically save power on battery?

[Windows 11]

I have a laptop running Windows 11 and I would like to automatically change the brightness settings when it is disconnected from power. I thought Windows had a setting that would automatically do that but I don't see that in Windows 11 anymore. Can someone help? If it has been taken off in recent updates is there any 3rd party alternative?
