How to automatically reopen windows after restart WITHOUT change in their position and size?

Hi I've been trying to find a way to automate reopening windows after I restart the Windows and prevent resizing or repositioning of the windows that I left open. i've tried turning on the "automatically save my restartable apps when I sign out and restart them after I sign in" option from "Sign-in options" in the Windows settings, but that would not hold the windows' size and position. i've also turned on the "restore previous folder windows at logon" option from "folder option" but that doesn't help neither.For example, if i restart my Windows when the apps are in this order (Screensho
