How to always enable keyboard and touchpad in convertible laptops

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL5 (82BH) 2-in-1 laptop with Windows 11. My laptop used to work perfectly fine until last week, when I tried to diagnose the pen connectivity issue. My device can no longer use both the touchpad and keyboard in the system but can be in BIOS and Windows safe mode (it acts as if the laptop is folded). I suspect that the issue comes from the orientation sensor in the hinges that tells the system whether the device is in laptop or tablet mode.
