How to adjust access on Windows 11 registry

I have a malware extension that ended up in my Edge and Chrome browsers that includes the message that my "browser is managed by your organization" but mine is a personal Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Home Version 23H2, OS build 22631.4112. I have read all the different discussions on how to identify and remove the extension. Using Malwarebytes, I found the offending "app.crx" files with Malwarebytes and those items are now quarantined. I'm waiting to delete until the registry is cleaned up. Using Registry Editor (run as Administrator) I located the correct registry keys to be deleted.
