How to add location to Favorites.

I frequently need to upload image files to a website from a folder on my desktop named "Work". On the website when I click the button to do this, Windows opens a window named "File Upload". In the box on the right is "Documents library". I scroll down to the "Users" location. I then click on "RandW" (my name) opening that folder which allows me to click on "Desktop" which allows to finally click on "Work" and then I can get to the image file that I want to upload.. Whew! But in the upper left corner of the "File Upload" window I see "(yellow star) Favorites". Under that is another folder that
