How to add another profile onto my laptop when I'm already in a family?

Hi, I am trying to add another account onto my laptop, I've gone through settings, accounts and i am on the home page of Microsoft Account | Home, but the problem is I'm already in a family, and i need to add my work profile onto this laptop. How do i do that when I'm already in a family, and I cant find a way to add another family member onto the family as I am not the organizer? Is there a way to not add my account onto the family but still have 2 profiles on my laptop?
