Hello, I am facing a problem with activating Windows on my second device, a laptop. I activated Windows on my primary PC back in 2022, and it is linked to my Microsoft account. I recently bought a new laptop, linked it to my account, and tried to activate Windows, but nothing happens. I even tried the "I changed hardware" option, but it didn't help. Both of my devices are linked to my Windows account and email, but I can't activate Windows on the second device. Online help or any other assistance is not available in my country, Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Please help me understand how to activate i
