How to activate Windows 11 after re-installation to another computer

Hello,I have bought a licence and install windows 11 in Parallels on my Mac. After successful activation I needed to install a new windows 11, so I would like to deactivate the first installation and use only the second installation. I therefore deactivated the old product key using:slmgr /upkslmgr /cpkyslmgr /upkslmgr /rearmWhen I try to activate the new windows 11 installation, it still tells me it cannot be activate with error: 0xC004C008, which means I'm trying to use the same licence on multiple computers.
