How long does is take for the Win11 24H2 update to be completed on Dell Inspiron 13?

I've began updating to the Win11 24H2 on my Dell Inspiron 13. However, after clicking on the prompt for the the installation to begin (after the download has been completed), I'm only seeing the Dell bootup screen (a running circle below the Dell logo) for the past 40 hours. There is no indication on the progress of the installation nor if the installation is taking place. I believe my laptop did shutdown/hibernated, when I left it running on batteries. However, when I plugged in the power cable and turned on the laptop, it continued to display only the Dell bootup screen.As I'm in urgent need
