How i fix my keyboard/mouse again?

Hello at all, am Michi from Swiss & i got a Lenovo Thinkpad T540P, windows 10 on it and my Question is that i got Problem looks like i installed the Programm Bitlocker to Lock the HD Drive, all as well.. i got Recovery Key and the Update also, so i updated, Restart and after that i lost the Keyvord and Mouse. Numbers and Bios settings isnt a Problem, they sill works well.. I hoped after one Restart they be fixed automaticly my System, them was rong, now i got the Message enter the License Key from Bitlocker and tipe enter.. How i can enter any Letter when my Keyboard in Win10 not works, i
