How I do I update my laptop to Windows 11?

I have already tried to download the windows 11 update on my Hp EliteBook 830 G5 but I'm unable to do so. This is the error that displays when the laptop fails to download the update - 0x80070005There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070005)
