How does the cellular signal strength (5 signal bars) in the system tray correspond to RSSI?

Hi Microsoft,I learned from the _WWAN_SIGNAL_STATE (wwan.h) - Windows drivers that the cellular signal strength is divided into 32 levels (0 to 31). I would like to ask how these 32 levels correspond to the display of the icon in the system tray.Or maybe the icon displayed in the system tray does not correspond to RSSI, but other parameters, such as RSRP?Thanks.
