I have just been doing some tech support for my father who has been using a laptop running Windows 10, with Firefox as his browser. The other day I noticed that Edge, which was not installed or set up by a user, was now his default browser with all his bookmarks, passwords and history imported across. He was struggling with bowsing because "it's a different icon", the layout was different, and google was not google, but bing.
