How do you transfer Xbox Game Bar captures to another device?

I got a new Windows 11 computer and despite still logging into my Xbox account, my captures from my other computer (Windows 10) are not showing up. I tried installing the games I took captures with, but I still have no captures. How would I possibly transfer Xbox Game Bar captures from my Windows 10 computer to my new Windows 11 computer? My Game Bar captures are additionally in a file in my computer. Would transferring by file help?
