I have a Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 11 Pro. Virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. I installed Hyper-V using Programs and Features, rebooted, and the Hyper-V services have a Startup Type of Manual (Trigger Mode). However, when I search for "Hyper-V Manager," no application is found. I know the Hyper-V manager is managed through an MMC snap-in, but I don't see a relevant snap-in to add. Also, Hyper-V Manager is not listed under Windows Tools.
