How do you restore files after my computer completely restarted and deleted everything?

So I fell asleep while my computer was still on and when i tried to open it, it completly restarted and deleted EVERYTHING. Once i logged back into my account, all of my existing files, apps, folders, anything were deleted. I tried restoring and backup my files on One Drive but nothing showed up in my file explorer nor the trash bin. I've also tried Windows Backup but my missing files were still not found. I searched up a few questions on microsoft community about not finding restored files and the tips were to enable "show hidden files, drives and folders" which also didn't work. Pls help :(
