How do you move the taskbar to the left side of the screen (not just the icon orientation, but the whole Taskbar) in Windows 11?

I had this setting for 20+ years now and for the life of me I can't find it how to do it in Windows 11, please help.

the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there are no built-in options to relocate it to the top, right, or left sides of the screen
