How do you go back to Windows 10 without losing any data and without using a USB Flash Drive?

I was using windows 11 when I was going to go back to windows 10 because of some issues. But then I saw a option saying you either have to use a usb flash drive, or it will save nothing. I need your help to tell me how to go back without using a usb flash drive or losing anything.
