How do you fix this

[Windows 10]

hi today i was just playing my games and then windows script host keeps poping up saying cant find script file appdata/local/diagnastic/runsys.vbs so i thought "oh i should delete it" so now it just saying cant find it i dont know what to do and I cant send an image cause the image file(s) failed to load
