How do you delete Protection History In Windows 11?

I was able to do this once before by deleting the file mpenginedb.db in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans and it worked. However I have no idea how I did it. It had something to do with toggling it on and off, but that is not working now. The file is in use even in safe mode, I don't remember how to make it not in use, as I tried just turning it on and off. Deleting the files in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service did not work for me, clearing the log in event manager also did not work.
