how do you change the date a photo was created in Windows 11? This is for photos that had to be scanned.

I'm making a slideshow to be used in Windows 11 Photo and need to change the date created in the properties and have not found a way too do that. Some of the photos are old and had to be scanned so the date created isn't the date taken.
