How do you change a username at log on which is not the administrators name.

Hello my name is Colin. This is my first attempt at this. Sorry if I get it wrong. I bought a Lenovo laptop for myself and loaded on usual stuff, email, windows and google accounts. I was now the administrator. I bought a second Lenovo laptop for my wife. She said I could have Lenovo 2 and she would have Lenovo 1. So I logged on all my details and accounts on number 2 as myself. So now I am also the administrator again. Then when I tried to change the username on Lenovo1 to her name both Lenovo computers changed to her name. Then when I tried to change mine back, both Lenovo's changed the user
