How do we uninstall or remove RAS from Windows running in S mode?

It appears my computer is dialing out to remote servers without my permission. How can this be stopped? Firewall is on and Norton is installed. Please provide instructions on how to remove RAS and any other programs that make my computer a remote computer or dummy to another network. I have S Mode for a reason. Windows should not allow this behind-the-scenes spyware.How can we take screen shots of Windows Admin, Tasks, Services, etc. in the Management Console. It will not let me save info.
