how do I use MS 365 since it is in my husband's name and he has died?

My husband had dementia and we lost all access to things in his name. He died a month ago and I need access to continue using MS 365. I am getting locked out of using Word. My subscription was renewed last October. His account information is no longer valid. What do I do?
