How do I use Chinese Traditional inputs with pinyin while using the vertical candidate selection window?

I've recently changed tablets and I'd like to get my old keyboard input settings, but I can't seem to find the selection candidate window that I'm used to. This is what I want (and used to have):This is what's available to me:The old window allows me to type actual Chinese-style punctuations while I can't do that nearly as easily on the new one.In other words, I'd like to be able to:- type in Traditional Chinese,- type using pinyin, not Bopomofo, not Microsoft Quick, and- use the vertical window instead of the horizontal one.
