How do I upgrade to Win 11 if missing UEFI Firmware Settings?

Trying to update to Windows 11 but PC Health Check says I don’t meet the system requirements. Namely, This PC must support Secure BootAnd TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PCOkay, cool. So I follow the instructions to enable/support Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 but I have no UEFI Firmware Settings under Advanced Options so I can’t do anything further. I did some more searching and found out my computer runs BIOS Mode: Legacy and Secure Boot State is Unsupported. Could these two things be the problem? How do I fix this?
