how do i update my opengl to 3.2?

[Windows 11]

when ever i play a game/ stormworks it sais " you need opengl 3.2 your version is opengl 3.1 are you graphics drivers up to date?. and i know tat my drivers are outdated but they are good enough to run stormworks perfectly and all i need is a tutorial what to do please i have waited since jan 4 to try get this fixed!
