How do I update my driver?

I don’t know what to do. I have a Windows Pro 10 Computer (Version: 22H2) (RAM: 8.00 GB) (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHZ). I don’t know much about computers but on my Windows 10 Pro I’ve tried to update the driver so that I could open blender 4.3. It doesn’t allow me. The first problem was my other monitor not being connected to the same graphics as the main one, so I unhooked the HMDI from my desktop computer (DELL OPTIPLEX 3010 SFF Desktop Computer,Intel Core I5-3470 up to 3.6G,8G).
