How do I unpin my AP's ICON from taskbar which been pin by end user before uninstall my AP?

Dear Sir, I try to find a way to remove my AP's ICON from taskbar during the uninstall process. The ICON is pined to taskbar manually first. then it seems no formal way to unpin it with MS API function call. not sure if any information can be share here ?
