How do I unlock a device I locked?

There is only 1 user on the computer and its asking for an administrative. There is not an option to login any other way. I have done ctrl alt delete nothing comes up only for me to enter my pin. On Microsoft on my phone there is not an option to unlock the device, just says I can lock it again.
