How do I unlink a divice from my Microsft account without losing everything

I have a personal gmail address I use that I have the work credit card to pay for Office etc for work purposes. Our work email won't work for this as it is not a gmail email. I bought a handheld device for gaming and used the same email to log in to it, and a subcription for games using my own card as billing. The gaming system is showing in my account on my work computer. I want to remove it so that the boss doesn't think I am paying for games with the business card. Is there a way to do that without losing access to the subscription. The Handheld device runs on Windows 11
