How do I uninstall the Online Service Experience Pack version 4.0.483.0? It has messed up my internet connection.

The update has messed up my internet connection. Ever since it was installed my computer goes on/offline all the time and it interrupts what I am doing.This is the name of it " Online Service Experience Pack — Windows.Settings.Account — version 4.0.483.0 "
