How do I uninstall or disable activation of windows speech recognition for windows 11?

Ive tried different way to uninstall or disable windows speech recognition in my windows 11 system. From trying to uninstall apps from settings, to locating the file folder it wont let me uninstall or modify the pop-ups in any way. I want for it to never appear on my screen. None of the ways listed mentioned, not even from the setting of its own software/application. It is frustrating since it interrupts my focus and workflow. Please help or advice what actions to take. thank you
