How do I undo the recent change to use my Windows Hello PIN instead of using website passwords but still keep using Hello PIN for device sign-in?!

I'm trying to undo a recent change I agreed to try.I'm unable to find ANY information on how to do it.I agreed to try Windows Hello PIN to sign into websites I visit instead of using the passwords I had already set up for those sites. I still want to use my Windows Hello PIN to sign into my laptop and verify it's me when I need to look up a saved password, just like before. Now I am unable to sign into websites that I have 2-factor verification turned on that require a code from an authenticator. Windows thinks I'm trying to sign-in to the website and is requiring me to put my Windows Hello PI
