How do I undo a factory reset? I keep getting "the User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." No way to start in

Help! I thought I wanted to get rid of my desktop, so I did a factory reset. I then decided to keep it and want to try and do a screen without borders with my laptop, but I can no longer log into my desktop. It's an Dell Inspiron and is about 4 years old. When I turn on my computer, I see the same old login screen with my name but when I put in the correct pin, I get a blue screen that says "the User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be located." I read some other help topics answering this saying to hit the windows button + R or windows button + x but all it does
