How do I unbrick my computer from its last update?

When I try to log in, it asks for my pin. It won’t accept my usual pin for my desktop (it auto enters the pin before the characterlength is long enough for the desktop pin), It won’t accept any of my pins (new or old), and won’t let me use my password. When I put in the pin is says “credentials unavailable.”. It won’t let me connect to the internet, so when I click forgot pin, or reset pin those are both dead ends. I’ve tried safebooting>troubleshoot>advanced options, both uninstalling updates (both feature update, and other update, couldn’t uninstall anything so no files were changed),
