How do I turn the screen off in Windows 11 without putting the computer to sleep?

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11. On my old Windows 10 laptop, I used to press the power button to turn the screen off while I listened to music or podcasts. I can't do that anymore because when I press the power button, it puts the computer to sleep. Under "Choose what the power button does," the only options are "Nothing," "Sleep," "Hibernate," and "Shut down." I can't find any button or option on this computer that turns the screen off without putting the computer into sleep mode.
