How do I turn off right click on my laptop (not the touchpad though)?

I recently had something get stuck or water or something land on my computer and get under the touchpad. I was already able to confirm it is a harware problem, but honestly its too minor of an issue for me to pay to get it fixed. The touchpad still works perfectly, it is just the press down click that does not work and sometimes stays pressed down. I want to turn off the press down to click, but not the touchpad. How am I able to do this?I am operating on Windows 11 and have a Surface Laptop 4
