How do I turn off all system notification sounds from USB module or from Windows 11?

I have a high-end laptop with two screens.Unfortunately I don't have a good deck for it, so I have two of them:- One which gives sufficient power to the laptop- Another that supports both of the screensWindows 11 USB module checks that the second deck doesn't supply enough power to the laptop. And ignores that the laptop doesn't get power only from the deck 2 through USB port, but also from deck 1 through power source port.So the result is that Windows reminds me once a second that I should supply more power to the laptop.This shouldn't be an issue: I can go to notification settings and disabl
