How do I turn off all ALT key shortcuts?

On my windows 11 home computer, I play games like ROBLOX. In a certain game inside of ROBLOX, I have to use the ALT key for a shift lock button. When I press it, I do not go into shift lock. I think this may be a problem that pertains with windows trying to use shortcuts when I press the key, or some other problem. Please help!
