I have a Dell Windows 10 home desktop XPS 8930 I bought 7/2020 I had someone transfer everything from dying windows 7 computer, I do not know if I have a microsoft account I think he set it up without one . I think I need one for july 2024 windows updates . From what I have been reading , I want to have bitlocker disabled if I have it . I can't find "privacy and security" .when I look I have a privacy section and a security section. He set it up with windows 7 style start screen .
