How do I switch my computer from one account to the other? Disclaimer* I read other questions before posting

This maybe so simple and I am just overthinking it but basically I am trying to switch my Laptop from one administrator to another. I created a new Microsoft account when I bought my laptop since I misunderstood the setup process and didn't realize my main @gmail email account was the log in for my Microsoft account so I created a new one which I didn't realize either at the time ALSO created me a new email address @outlook.So, my computer administrator is the @outlook Microsoft account however it is the @gmail Microsoft account that I use for everything and which has my M365 subscriptions.
