How do I swap back my emails from administrative to local on my h? P laptop i'm having trouble logging in

I have changed emails in Microsoft Account swap em from local to administrator. Now, when I'm logged into my laptop. My HP laptop it's morning to use the old administrative email, which is now the local. And I'm having trouble doing administrative things on my computer. How do I swap them back?
