How do I stop Zune registry, supposedly obsolete, from storing file paths and names of recently run files?

here's an example of my issue... HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\SystemAppData\Microsoft.ZuneMusic_8wekyb3d8bbwe\PersistedStorageItemTable\ManagedByApp\{045DFECB-4852-46FA-B35B-B01FE90E91EA} The FilePath value is still storing video/audio filenames and paths I have recently opened. There are many of these entries. Why is this history still being stored, and can I remove Zune and all its registry entries? I have never used Zune and I understand it's well obsolete now. I'm running Win 11 (but not the problematic 24H2!) on a Lenovo all-in-one
