How do I stop Windows 11 form installing a Keyboard I don't want?

For some reason Windows keeps installing the spanish layout, I only have English(United States) set as my language, but sometimes windows sets me with spanish, a wired thing is that it doesn't show on Installed Keyboards so to fix it temporarily I have to add Spanish and then remove it. I do sometimes read things in spanish or use "ñ", but I don't have my keyboard in the spanish layout so it's annoying.
