How do I stop the "Windows Update" service from disabling constantly?

So im not sure if this is the wrongdoings of a virus/malware but every time i try change the startup type for windows update from disabled to automatic and start it up, something just reverts it back to the disabled option and stops it. how do i fix this? im thinking an application is doing this and im wondering if there is some way to remove permissions from unknown appserror codes + screenshots:Error 1058 - from services appError Code 0x80070422 - from microsoft storethings ive already tried:1) restarting pc2) tried turning on windows update3) checked for and removed suspicious apps in setti
