How do I stop the Taskbar showing up when hovering over the bottom of the screen?

I don't remember exactly when it started to happen, but when I hover over the bottom of my screen in windows 11 it pops up the taskbar when I'm playing in borderless mode and it's driving me nuts. I tried a lot of different fixes like enabling/disabling the auto-hide feature which had no effect on the stupid popup on mouse hover. I know it won't show up when I disable the taskbar completely from my main screen but I will do it as a last resort if there is really nothing I can do about it.Fixes I already tried:- restarting explorer.exe- enabling/disabling auto-hide- creating an "ExtendedUIHover
