How do I stop snap group apps and programs from automatically rotating between positions?

When using snap groups, when I close an app or program in the snap group, one of my other open apps on the main screen automatically moves to one of the open tiles in the snap group on the second screen and I don't want this to happen. Is there a way to lock apps and programs to a position in the snap group? I am using 2 screens and would like to keep the same snap group permanently on the second screen but the window im working on the main screen moves to the snap group on the second screen automatically.
