How do I stop Outlook pop up suggestions when typing @ symbol?

Outlook 2019 has started to interrupt my typing when I type the @ symbol with a pop-up window suggesting email addresses.

I disabled "Show AutoComplete Suggestions" but it did not stop the pop-up window.

How do I stop this pop-up?
